We purchased this property in 2017, the previous owner had a couple of failed planning applications and lost a planning appeal. We identified the issues and in early 2018 secured planning consent to redevelop the shop and flat and build two new flats to the rear of the property. We have undertaken a refurbishment of the existing flat as per the attached photographs. In late 2018 we were able to secure a further consent for a better mix of accommodation, we retain the commercial space at ground floor, the existing flat above the commercial gains a roof terrace at first floor and a dining room at ground floor, there will be two new build units, 1x3 bed and 1x1 bed on the site of former redundant tyre store to the rear. This project will be undertaken during 2019.
